Hunting dog people are a finicky bunch. We want a veterinarian who listens; one who is empathic to our needs and appreciative of our culture. However, we also want a doctor who understands the medicine of working dogs and acknowledges our desire to take a hands-on approach to their care. 

Even if they don’t live and breathe the world of hunting dogs the way we do, we also value veterinarians who offer services of special interest to our community, from advanced orthopedics and physical therapy to reproduction and acupuncture.
